 Shipping Information:

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail. Your package will ship within 48 hours of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. 

 Our Guarantee:

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please call 212.387.8702 weekdays between 10:00am - 5:00pm est for a return authorization number.
* Special orders & custom tea blends are non-refundable. 

Damaged Merchandise:

All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for product replacement. Please call 212.387.8702 weekdays between 10:00am - 5:00pm (eastern standard time) to report any damaged goods. Please have your USPS tracking number or order number. We are not responsible for damaged goods from third party shippers or damage due to customer mishandling. 

Privacy Policy:

We do not share any of your personal information with outside parties.
