Here is what you get:

  • Chipotle Pepper: Chipotle pepper is a dried and smoked jalapeno, ideal for adding that perfect pinch of smoky heat. Ingredients: organic chipotle pepper
  • Smoked Paprika: Spanish paprika pepper, traditionally smoked over an oak fire. Though a standard in Spanish cooking, this slightly sweet pepper goes great with almost any meal. Ingredients: organic smoked Spanish paprika
  • Smoked Chili Flakes: Organic Indian chili flakes with a mild burst of heat and a smooth, smoky finish. Excellent for pizza, pasta, or sauces. Ingredients: organic smoked chili flakes
  • Smoked Peppercorns: Grind these plump organic black tellicherry peppercorns to provide a faint smokiness to any dish. Ingredients: organic smoked peppercorns
  • Smoked Hawaiian Sea Salt: Pure Hawaiian sea salt cold smoked over wood chips from the Kiawe tree. Distinctly sweet and smoky, it's great on its own or as part of a rub blend. Ingredients: smoked Kiawe sea salt
  • Smoked Bonfire Salt: Naturally smoked with pecan, red oak, alder, cherry, hickory, maple, and mesquite to create a uniquely hearty smokehouse flavor. Ingredients: smoked sea salt
