Ingredients: organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic red rooibos, organic cardamom, domestic chaga mushroom, organic clove, organic cardamom seeds, organic peppercorn, organic turmeric.
Mushroom Tea Steeping Instructions:
- Start with 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz. cup of water.
- Steep or gently simmer your blend at 185-210˚ F
- Steep for up to 20 minutes!
