Mushroom Tea Steeping Instructions:

Start with 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz. cup of water.
Steep or gently simmer your blend at 185-210˚ F
Steep for up to 20 minutes!

Good but...

I like this tea. I really do. But it needs some sweetness. I prefer not to have to add honey or sugar to my teas for sweetness but this one needs it. It has a slightly underlying bitterness to it. If it wasn't for that it would be a top 5 tea for me.

First time trying this tea, delicious! I know it is also doing my body good. Just had a cup and yummy!
