Cardamom flavors ground meat in Norway and baked goods in Sweden. Cooks all over the world combine cardamom with cloves and cinnamon. Cardamom lends its distinctive flavor to chai tea.
Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns and ginger root are the chai ingredients I get from Sullivan Street. I have been happy with years of home brew chai with fresh spices and strong tasty black tea from here as well.
