Coriander Seed

Coriander seed has been used to settle upset stomach in herbal traditions around the world, it is often combined with cardamom, caraway, fennel, and/or anise. Coriander seed can be found in many food types, such as frozen desserts, baked goods & various meat dishes.

It is a common ingredient in Middle Eastern, Central Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, South Asian, Mexican, Texan, Latin American, Chinese, African and Southeast Asian cuisine. Also, coriander is used as a flavoring agent in alcohol, such as vermouth, bitters, and gin.This versatile seed is mild by nature, but essential in large quantities for providing curry and masala basis.
