Our 8" round salt block is a real show stopper; both elegant & functional, with good cooking space.

Salt blocks are great in the oven or on the grill. You can sear fish (tuna steaks, salmon, monk fish) & meat. You can also heat your salt block in the oven to 450 degrees (30 minutes), remove and place on a trivet directly on your dining room table, dribble on your favorite cooking oil and slow cook shrimp ( deveined, shell on), bay scallops or thin meats. Salt blocks are great for appetizer platters. Simply refrigerate your salt block overnight and use to serve cheeses & dry meats. This will keep your appetizers cool and fresh tasting. 

Our salt blocks also make great dessert serving trays. Keep overnight in freezer, add a few scoops of ice cream and serve. Makes a wonderful presentation & a fun way to entertain.
