Flavors Of Mexico Spice Set

Selecting the six finalists for our Flavors of Mexico Spice Set was no easy task. Where flavor, texture, and vibrancy are concerned, there is arguably no better cuisine in the world. It was hard pressure to narrow this set down to six distinct flavor profiles. Through countless hours of debating, arguing, salivating, and tasting, we are proud to introduce our selection to the foodie world:

• Organic Mexican Oregano - Related to verbena, this oregano has a pleasant hint of lemon flavor. A compliment to any dish needing a citrus note, especially great in tacos & chilis.
• Fiesta Seasoning - Savory with a bit of heat, this flavorful blend is the perfect addition to chicken & beef recipes. Use as a marinade, or mix into dips for added warmth & peppery notes.
  INGREDIENTS: paprika, cayenne chili pepper, coriander, garlic, cumin, oregano, clove
• Guajillo Chili Powder - The distinct flavor offers  up a piney, slightly sweet taste, with hints of berry & a gentle smoky finish. Best described as sweet heat. Wonderful in mole sauce!
• Chili Lime Seasoning- The perfect combination of citrus & heat to add a refreshing kick to every meal. This zesty blend goes well rubbed into chicken, shrimp, & salmon.
  INGREDIENTS: Organic pasilla chili, Himalayan sea salt, organic cane sugar, organic chipotle chili pepper, organic coriander seed, organic garlic, organic paprika, organic onion, organic cumin seed, organic black pepper, organic cayenne pepper, organic allspice, and organic lime oil.
• Organic Ancho Chili Powder- Dried & ground poblano pepper, the most commonly used pepper in Mexico. With its mild & earthy taste, it is a must for mole poblano & chili recipes.
• Organic Chipotle Chili Powder- This robust pepper has a distinctive smoky & spicy flavor that can be used in any dish that needs a bit more depth & heat added to the mix. 

Spices are packaged in our reusable glass vials and housed in our new simple and sleek table top spice rack, which is made of birch hardwood in Maine, USA.
