Persian Blue Salt
It's a nice chunky salt with small bits of blue. I use it to curb my late night salt cravings. Instead of eating bad food like chips, or other junk, I just put a single chunk of salt in my mouth and let it dissolve. Craving cured & no carbs (or weight gain!) So, it's not too salty to do that with. Kind of like a salt lick for the animals! LOL (only much smaller) But, hey, it works! I've lost weight and am in better health. Hope this helps others curb their cravings and lose weight! :)
