Shipping Information:

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail for a flat-rate of $5.75, regardless of size. All orders over $70 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. In stock items will ship within 48 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. 

Our Guarantee:

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund, minus return shipping charges, which may exceed our promotional $5.75 flat shipping rate. Please call 212.387.8702 weekdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (eastern standard time) for a return authorization number.
* Special orders & custom tea blends are non-refundable. 
** Bulk and Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Cancellations will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise:

All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for product replacement. Please call: (212) 387-8702 weekdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (eastern standard time) to report any damaged goods. Please have your USPS tracking number or order number. We are not responsible for damaged goods from third-party shippers or damaged due to customer mishandling.

We do not share any of your personal information with outside parties.
