Shipping Information:

We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail for a flat-rate of $5.75, regardless of size. All orders over $70 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. In stock items will ship within 48 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. 

*UPDATED* RETURN POLICY:

We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of our tea or spice products. 
* Special orders & custom tea blends are non-refundable. 
** Bulk and Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Cancellations will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise:

All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for product replacement. Please call: (212) 387-8702 weekdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (eastern standard time) to report any damaged goods. Please have your USPS tracking number or order number and a photo of damaged product(s), including shipping box. We are not responsible for damaged goods from third-party shippers or damaged due to customer mishandling.
