• Organic Pink Peppercorn, Brazil: These pink berries are actually not true peppercorns, but are most often used as an exotic pepper substitute as they offer a tart, slightly sweet taste which  goes particularly well with vegetables, poultry & fish. Also compliments fruit sauces, vinaigrettes and deserts.
• Organic Tellicherry Black Peppercorn, India: One of the most potent and zesty black peppercorns available, Tellicherry peppercorns are perfect for grinding into any meal for added zest. Native to South India.
• Organic White Peppercorn, India: White pepper has a milder, more delicate flavor than black pepper, and is useful for adding a peppery flavor to light-colored sauces and soup without adding black color. White pepper is popular in European cuisines.
