These gourmet sesame seeds are roasted to perfection and infused with yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit that is a cross between wild mandarin and lemon. Great for enhancing simple salads or rice dishes, sprinkling over veggies, or using in a marinade on salmon or shrimp, they add a rich, nutty flavor with a hint of delicious citrus to any dish.
