I first found trappers salt in France. I was so pleased to be able to get it in the US. Great taste and great product. The mix is spot on to the one I had from France. Merci.

Was intrigued by the sound of this blend and the lady serving us said her colleague loved it on baked salmon! I got a couple of ounces and once home, tried it out and I am SOLD on this stuff! Sprinkled over salmon before baking is a must now. I ordered 4oz this time and will make sure to keep it in my pantry at all times!
Great on Avocados, bagels, acorn squash etc etc! The hint of Maple is perfect.
