Viking Smoked Salt, originating from the charming Norwegian fishing village of Egersund on the fjord is a mixture of salt, curry and black pepper. The recipe had faded into obscurity, but was recently rediscovered and is being put to good culinary use.
This salt blend has an intense, smoky aroma, tempered with the savory flavor of curry. Goes great with potatoes, eggs, roasted veggies, and rubbed on salmon.
