Black cumin seed, commonly referred to as Nigella seed are used primarily in cooking and tea. As a food spice, black seeds mix well with pasta, casserole, salad, and stir fry. Black seeds are also used by themselves as an herbal tea or blended with traditional tea leaves or coffee for an added zest.
