With notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, this rich maple syrup is perfect for pancakes, waffles, teas, and baked goods. Aged in oak bourbon barrels, each batch of Barred Woods premium syrup is heated and filtered to remove any traces of alcohol while retaining its unique flavor.  Use it in cooking as well to play up the sweet oak notes by using it as a delicious addition to a glaze for pork or salmon.
