Marquis de Kampot peppercorns are organically grown on a family-owned farm according to traditional Cambodian practices. Their 15-hectare plantation in Cambodia's Kampot Province is nestled against the hills of a beautiful valley, one of the last controlled by the Khmer Rouge. They currently have 1 hectare of Kampot pepper on roughly 9,000 vines under production.
The Kampot Red Peppercorns are the sweetest and most complex of the group. Offering an initial pepper flavor, followed by a tangy, floral aromatic finish with a kick of heat. Enjoy crushed on vanilla iced cream, great in mixology.
