Unlike raw pu-erh, this shou pu-erh is fermented before it is packaged, and these compressed bricks are smooth, dark, and rich in taste and infusion.

Each mini-brick is perfect for an 8 oz cup, with multiple steeps encouraged to bring your taste buds through the different infusions. Mini-bricks are individually wrapped in gold foil paper.

STEEPING: Use 1 mini-brick per 6-8 ounce cup. Start with a quick steep to rinse out and prepare the tea, discarding the rinsing water after a few seconds. Next, steep for 60-90 seconds at 190˚ and enjoy your cuppa! Re-steep throughout the day.
