Wild Harvest
The unique, aromatic flavor of this rare peppercorn is a testimony to its growing popularity around the world. A close relative to the traditional black peppercorn, though slightly more delicate and nuanced in taste, the berries are called Voatsiperifery, which comes from voa, the Malagasy word for fruit, and tsiperifery, the local name of the plant.
The Voatsiperifery grows wild on tall vines throughout the humid forests of Madagascar and is picked between the months of June-September.

Wild Madagascar Peppercorn (Voatsiperifery)
I love voatsiperifery! I put it on almost everything. I was happy to find it here at a good price. The service was super fast. And everything was as ordered. I will definitely be back when I need more. I hope you never stop carrying it. Thank you!
I wish I still lived in NY and could visit the shop in person, but I'm delighted to support this business from afar. Thanks for the quick service and the excellent peppercorns - they are so incredibly fragrant!
I have been them buying them for years in Canada and I am very happy to buy them in the States because of the pandemic we could not go to Canada and they are the best peppers you can find . When I am invited for a Dinner Party I sometimes bring some for the hostess and they all love it and the smell is fantastic
I have always liked pepper well enough but this pepper is worthy of obsession! It is so perfectly balanced and makes everything just taste so good! I will be getting more for sure and gifting it to others as well. Truly enjoyable! (After searching the web this price at Sullivan Street is very good as well!)
